So...how did you first hear (or hear about) the Thickets? I found them on Napster, because I'm a very naughty man who doesn't necessarily pay for everything he has. You can't buy all of it right now, anyway. But Space Ship Zero is currently available. BUY IT NOW!

Re-issue

I've mentioned before that Spaceship Zero is available now. What I just found out today is that Cthulhu Strikes Back: Special Edition will be re-issued on November 18th. Unfortunately, Let Sleeping Gods Lie is currently sold out.

Favorite Thickets song

For those of you with enough knowledge of their work to answer, what's you favorite Thickets song? I'm pretty fond of the whole lot of it myself, but pressed to choose, I'd say it's currently a tie between "Innsmouth Look" (that line "He made love to the fishies" repeated over and over causes me great joy) and "Six-Gun Gorgon Dynamo".

Performances?

My friends and I saw them play at the Chaosium Halloween party 2 years ago and have been waiting for them to come to Seattle again.

Are they still touring? Haven't seen much updated on their web site.

Festival

I think we should organize a festival. We could call it "Cthulhupalooza: The Old Ones of Rock!", and invite the Thickets, Gwar, Monster Magnet, H.P. Lovecraft, and a bunch of other evil or mythos-related bands. Any opinions?
